The GDM HIV-Aids program trains participants in collage-making skills and teached them how to reflect and symbolise feelings and opinion. They learn theory regarding HIV-Aids, participate in discussion groups and talk openly about perceptions and fears.

The food & scholarship part of the intervention is to show that real issues like hunger, poverty, and education are interrelated with HIV-Aids prevalence and in this regard GDM produces tangible help to participants.
