As Manica's most established NGO, Kwaedza Simukai Manica (KSM) plays an important role in the development of the town. KSM has greatly assisted GDM over the years and the KSM leadership has been friends, mentors and helpers of GDM.

KSM's main focus is capacity building in the area of agriculture and GDM has a MoU with them that ensures long-term sustainability of the GDM agriculture program. Together with KSM's telecentro, GDM serves all the people of Manica's information technology needs.
